I'm Olivia!
I’m a multi-faceted Creative Director, Systems Thinker, and Creative Swiss Army Knife.
As a Creative Professional with a Graphic Design and a Collaborative Design degree, my career has allowed me to work in many different fascinating industries. I got to work in architecture, social innovation, events, placemaking, environmental science, XR, animation, filmmaking, and art. I am proud of having developed an international network of incredible creators and changemakers.
I thrive on weaving together diverse creative elements and people. I support the teams I work with in creating meaningful projects. Having studied Collaborative Design, I curate and build teams, and help make collaboration happen.

What I do
Creative Direction
I design concepts for your endeavor that allow ideas become tangible. To achieve this, I keep projects moving forward while collaborating with stakeholders, partners, and creatives. My focus is to create beautiful experiences that spark enthusiasm and joy.
Graphic Harvesting
I draw and write ideas on a large sheets of paper and/or walls—visualizing conversations as they happen. I draw system maps, show where connections are, and help groups work through complex issues and collaborative effectively.
Experience Design
I take an idea and make it come to life. An idea may translate to how a space is used and curated, what kind of art is being added or developed, where large graphics go, how the branding feels, how the event flows and what a participant experiences.
Curation & Leadership
Collaboration is key! With over 15 years of experience in the creative economy, I have built a large network of makers, designers, builders, engineers, architects, VFX designers, curators, writers, and business strategists. I love working with people. Creating inclusive spaces for teams where new ideas are encouraged and welcomed is my priority.
Driving Business
I help businesses succeed. I have significantly increased sales revenue for design-centric organizations, successfully implemented marketing initiatives, and developed and build genuine client relationships.
Graphic Design
I am a maker. I use the Adobe Creative Suite every day (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro). I have a passion for creating engaging presentations that tell a story. I have worked with SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Processing, and other visualization programs.
Enthusiasm
My enthusiasm is infectious and has allowed me to turn creative ideas into installations, events, business ventures, structures, and marketing materials. I design pitch decks, create business ideas and holistic strategies to ignite excitement and buy-in.
