The Alchemy Center is a vision for
A Land Based Community that will be uniquely designed to create a truly regenerative and pluralistic culture, where everyone’s brilliance arises. Through comprehensively designed architecture, landscape, and social agreements developed around the Intangible Framework, which is also known as The Alchemy of Wasted Time. This framework invites people to enter the powerful but often undervalued states of pondering, playing, practicing, and daydreaming.
THE FRAMEWORK
The basis of our unique offering and competitive advantage is our proprietary creativity framework. The theory behind our framework is based on data from the fields of neuroscience, education, biology, and psychology combined with insights from our own experience in cultivating engagement, creativity and innovation.
Our framework is presented as a simple quadrant system that represents the different states of mind involved in:
creativity, or the generation of new ideas and
innovation, or the implementation of new ideas
Each quadrant is an integral aspect of the framework with benefits for both individuals and their organizations. We’ve since researched, tested, and developed methods to maximize the value derived from each quadrant.
